I can do all things through Him...

who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

A Little About Us... We live in the Bull Mountains, near the historic town of Roundup, Montana. Following a number of years in the cattle ranching industry, God
provided a change for us that now allows us to have something more akin to a hobby farm. We have a conglomeration
of retired 4-H animals, geriatric horses, too many dogs, aged chickens, pet rabbits, and a few Toggenburg goats.
If you haven't been around Toggenburg goats, just think about the people you've known and pick out that one character who
often makes you laugh and at times tries your patience, but you always like to be around...now that's what Toggenburgs are
like! Beyond the sheer entertainment they provide, we also milk these critters and use the milk for drinking, cooking
and making goat milk soap, which we market under our Udder Delights label.

Know well the condition of your flocks,
And pay attention to your herds,... And there will be goat's milk enough for your food, And for the food of your household, And sustenance for your maidens. Proverbs 27:23, 27

Lauren, Leah, and Toggenburg kids
We acquired our first goats in May
of 2003. Leah, researching some new 4-H projects, discovered the Toggenburg goat and thought they would make an excellent
addition to our already growing menagerie. We found a producer near Missoula, Montana, and purchased our foundation does.
Lauren and Leah have shown their does in the 4-H fair and greatly enjoy springtime with the addition of many new kids. Alesia
researched the process of making goat milk soap and gave it a try. Family and friends were delighted with the outcome and
"Udder Delights" have now been produced and marketed by our family business for five years. Because our desire is to have others come to know our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, or just to simply be encouraged
in their walk with Him, we give half of our soap proceeds to the ministry of Lewtana Bible Camp at Lewistown, MT.

- that as sinners we fall short of God's
glory, but are saved through the free gift of Grace through Faith, and not by works.
- the Bible to be the inspired, infallible word of God, which directs and encourages us in all areas of
our life
- that as believers we are filled with the
Holy Spirit, Who faithfully guides us in our daily walk.

Ken, Alesia, Leah, and Lauren
Alesia is the proprietor of Udder Delights when she is not home schooling
our daughters, Lauren and Leah. In her spare time, she enjoys working with the
animals, handcrafts, splitting firewood, mending fence, and taking care of normal
household chores. Lauren and Leah are the relief goat milkers, in addition to
attending to a variety of other chores related to the house and the animals.
They are also active in our church youth group and 4-H, and enjoy spending time with
their critters, playing musical instruments, writing, reading, and making handcrafted
items. Ken is a livestock nutritionist and a reluctant relief goat milker when
no other options are available. Because he hasn't developed the same warm
and fuzzy relationship with the goats that the girls have, he has been known to
rope a runaway goat when coaxing with feed, chasing and hollering didn't work! As you have probably already noticed from the name
of our website, and our beliefs listed, our faith in Jesus Christ is central to our lives. Without Him our
lives are meaningless and without value; but with our faith in Him and the peace and salvation He provides, our
lives are given hope and purpose, and we look forward to not only spending eternity with Him, but also to
enjoying each day we have here to serve Him. We attend Community Bible Church at Musselshell, MT, which is a small
congregation located in a rural community east of Roundup. Most years we teach Sunday School, but often have to
redefine "small group" Sunday School lessons as our class sizes typically vary from one to six students. There are not many resources available for teaching
lessons to groups this small, but God has directed us in the development of a number of lessons and activities to meet our
needs.
